Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom & Tailored Services
All services, custom data management infrastructures, and bespoke technical consultations provided under our projects are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced or the booking has been confirmed. Due to the highly customized and resource-intensive nature of our artisanal and technical labor, we do not offer any "change of mind" refunds or 30-day unconditional cancellations.

2. Consultation Appointments
- For all scheduled sessions, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the locked time slot.
- Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend the session (No-Show), will result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee/deposit.

3. Exceptional Adjustments
Any exceptional modification or partial credit regarding our services remains at the absolute and sole discretion of the project administration.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:
Please note that due to the rare wild timber sourcing and the highly personalized nature of our Custom Attunement Orders, all items marked or received as gifts are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and ineligible for return or exchange.

If a gifted item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at support@vibrawood.com with photographic proof to arrange a replacement.
